In fact, just this past month of June, Cypress Run was one of the top selling neighborhoods in Coral Springs where there were 9 homes sold in Cypress Run and there are only 5 homes actively for sale in Cypress Run. For the city of Coral Springs, as a whole, the Absorption Rate was 1.88 for June which, means it is taking just 1.88 months for homes to sell in Coral Springs. However, in Cypress Run, the supply of homes for sale is less than a month! If you live in Cypress Run and you’re considering selling a home, there is currently a huge demand for your home. The home selling prices for 3 to 4 bedroom homes had ranged from $235,000-$380,000.
