Fast Coral Springs Short Sale approval

 

Sellers who are selling their home in Coral Springs, as a Short Sale, love it when it goes fast! Fast like a fast curve ball!

 

I had a home listed for sale as a Short Sale here in the neighborhood of Coral Creek in Coral Springs and the home needed some repairs:

  • Leaky roof, Master bedroom closet wall leak from exterior hose bib, trashed carpeting & flooring, water heater leak, pool leak & resurfacing needed, screened pool enclosure needing replacement and needed Kitchen & Bathroom updating. That's it! Okay, maybe not so little yet it could have been worse.

Yet the home had fabulous bones at the end of a street with an adjoining huge lot. It's great when Buyers have vision of a homes potential. I do believe that vision to be a gift.

We had an executed Cash contract on June 12th, Short Sale approval and closing today, June 29th. Now that's fast!

Selling home in Coral Springs as a Short Sale

Short Sale Seller avoided foreclosure, New Home Buyer got a great new home and I was happy to report on closing another Short Sale here in South Florida as that is what I do, close Short Sales. Just love what I do.
